General Terms and Conditions

To ensure peace, safety, and an enjoyable stay for everyone, the following house rules apply at Camping De Wulp. In case of violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to remove guests from the site.

Arrival and use of the pitch

Please check in at the reception upon arrival.
The pitch will be assigned by us.
It is not allowed to switch pitches without permission.

Peace and behavior

Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM.
Nuisance to other guests must be avoided.
Excessive alcohol consumption or use of narcotics may lead to removal from the site.

Travel party

A maximum of 5 people may stay overnight per pitch.
A maximum of 4 people in rental accommodations.
Stay is possible from 21 years of age.
Solo young travelers and groups are not admitted.

Pets

Dogs and other pets are not allowed, including visitors' pets.

Cars and vehicles

One car is allowed per pitch or accommodation on the central parking lot.
The site is car-free; driving cars, motorcycles or mopeds on the camping fields is not permitted.
Motorcycles and mopeds may be parked by the camping unit but must be turned off at the entrance.

Visitors and overnight guests

Visitors must register at the reception and leave the campsite before 10:00 PM.
Day visitor fee: €1.00 per person.
Visitors park outside the campsite.
Overnight guests must be registered in advance and upon arrival.

Camping unit

One camping unit is allowed per pitch.
An additional tent depends on the type of pitch and may be possible for a fee.
Changes of persons during the stay must be reported to the reception.

Hygiene

Waste must be separated and deposited in sealed bags in the containers.
The site and pitch should be left clean.
Children under 7 years may only access the sanitary facilities under supervision.

Barbecue

Barbecuing is allowed if safe and depending on weather conditions.
Open fires, fire bowls, and torches are not allowed.
Ash and charcoal remnants may only be disposed of once completely cooled.

Sports and games

Playing football is only allowed on the sports field.
